No Doubt is one of my favorite groups. Possibly my favorite of all time. This song is a great piece of theirs. I wonder sometimes what happens in their lives to create such songs. The song makes me think someone is in love with something she can't control. She's in love with a part of her life she wants to keep the same and never let grow or change. It's sad to know that there are people who think they can control love and make it what they want it to be. It only makes the other person involved sad and drift away from who they once loved. The controlled wants to make their love grow, and the controller wants to keep the love the way it is for fear of the unknown or the love going differently than how they think it should be.
