This is one of those songs that the radio plays every hour, on the hour. It seeps into your brain and drenches it with sulky, sassy female pop singers who try desperately to be a bad girl when they were sticky sweet for most of their early years... It's just their publicists and managers want to make them more desireable so they want them to look raunchy. Then, one day after hating this song on the radio, day after day, hour after hour... you see the damn video. Ok, the video is cool. Not top of the line graphics or anything but the hair and makeup dept.'s get kudos as does wardrobe! Now I like the damn song!!?!?!! I am not a Britney fan or anything either. Actually, I am against most Britney songs because she was singing stuff that just sounded either too pop or when she went "sultry & sincere," she sounded too damned stupid. The first song that comes to mind when I think of this is

Oops! I did it again too because of the
Titanic reference and the fact it's a touch on the retro side in the video, but not much of anything else of hers impresses me) Now, if I was a guy... there would be a whole other physical angle to go with here that I could enlighten everyone on, but this is purely a music thing, ya know what I mean?!? ;)
